How to Give
Family Village is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, and your donations are tax-deductible. You can make a one-time or recurring donation to support Family Village.
You can give online or mail a check addressed to The Foundation for Delaware County, 200 East State Street, Suite 304, Media, PA 19063 (please indicate in the note section, “Family Village”). Family Village also offers a variety of estate, investment, and tax opportunities. You can invest in Delaware County families today through gifts from your donor-advised fund or retirement plan, gifts of appreciated stocks, bonds, and mutual funds, or through planned giving. Qualified gifts from business entities may be eligible for 90% tax credits through the Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP).

A Do-it-Yourself Fundraiser for Family Village
At Family Village, every dollar raised makes a meaningful difference. Would you like to incorporate charitable giving into your baby shower, bridal shower, Bar or Bat Mitzvah, or high school service project? Our supporters host dinners, organize toy and diaper drives, crochet baby blankets, and throw events—all to build a village of support for children in Delaware County. We would love to hear from you! Together, we are making direct, measurable progress in reducing maternal and infant mortality and promoting a healthier future for Delaware County’s next generation.
Some donors may like to set aside all or a portion of their donation to help meet families’ basic needs, such as:
$15 – Transportation to a doctor’s appointment
$25 – A package of diapers (which are not covered by SNAP or WIC)
$40 – A week’s supply of formula for a baby
$50  – A grocery gift card for families facing food insecurity
$75 – A nursing kit with apparel and handheld pump
$100 – A safe sleep kit including a foldable crib, sheets, and education materials
$150 – A car seat
$500 – A welcome home kit with basic furniture like a kitchen table with chairs and a bed
