What We Offer

Parenting Classes
Our free classes, online and in-person, support new and expecting parents through every phase of parenting, from breastfeeding and infant sleep safety to fatherhood workshops.
Healthy Start
Healthy Start case managers meet in a location convenient for you. They make sure you have the important items you need, connection to resources, and supportive services to give your baby a strong start in their first 18 months.
Basic Needs
To ensure a safe environment for your baby, Family Village offers essential items such as car seats and cribettes to families who qualify. We may also be able to help with air conditioners, furniture, diapers, and more.
Nurses
An experienced nurse will make visits to your home or other preferred location to ensure you and your baby are healthy and adjusting to your new life. The nurse will answer your questions and connect you to supportive benefits and services.
WIC
WIC provides free, healthy foods and personalized nutrition education, breastfeeding support, referrals to other services, and more to families with children up to age 5.
Doulas
Postpartum doulas are friendly, experienced coaches who support moms’ emotional and physical recovery and help the family adjust to new roles and routines.
Mental Health
Being a new parent isn’t easy. If you are feeling depressed or anxious and need support, the GROW Mama program is here for you with individual and group therapy and peer support.
Housing Support
If you are struggling to keep up with rent, utility bills, or home repairs, the HOPE program may be able to help with tenant education, legal assistance, and limited direct financial aid.
Legal Help
Family Village helps families facing issues like poor housing conditions, eviction, or domestic violence. We can help you access medical care, health insurance, special education, and more.
Support for Dads
Case managers provide support, resources, and education to help expecting and new fathers and partners develop parenting skills, in group meetings or through one-on-one bilingual support.

Parent Café
