In this class, you’ll be learning self-soothing techniques such as focused breathing, self-compassion, and self-awareness skills. This is a 12-part lesson class with classes every Thursday focusing on six topics: self-soothing, developing an observing self, relationship skills, compassion for the hijacked brain, self-care, and intentionality. This is a great way for moms to build community and the skills they need to regulate their emotions and take care of themselves from the inside out.
It is recommended participants try to take the full set of 12 classes, but anyone can join any of the classes throughout the process, you don’t need to have been before to learn! So jump in and join us!
